[Solved] Huawei P9 lite VNS-L21 does not turn on, it stops at the Huawei logo

After installing the Android update via the file thrown on the SD card and with the phone turned off and selecting POWER / VOL- / VOL +, a message about the success of the installation appeared and the phone rebooted. Then he wanted to start but he was stuck with the Huawei logo (about 45 minutes). The phone turns off when you try to turn it off, but after 2 seconds it tries to turn on automatically. It stops at the Huawei logo.
It is impossible to turn on the recovery, download mode (I tried in these 2 seconds but it will vibrate only 2 times and still only the logo).

I don't know how to get him on his feet.

In the topic you provided, they write about installation via the dload mode. I forgot to write in the first post that it also doesn't work. The only mode that turns on is RescueMod.

The phone was revived with the Dc-Phoenix program. Unfortunately, there is a 15ojro fee for a 72h license; /. In any case, it was either a service that each one said 100 PLN.
The firmware I uploaded is VNS-L21C432B160.zip.
