I have a B593s-22 router with original firmware for the Danish H3G network V200R001B270D25SP01C26.
I need a firmware with the option of choosing a specific LTE frequency. After many attempts, I was unable to upload any other version, despite the version changes in the .bin (hexeditor) files. I tried the ..D25SP00C00 ... D10SP00C00 and other versions from DNA or Vodafone, of course after changes 9x ..C .. Uploading each time ends with flashing the fourth signal level control. I read that the Scandinavian versions are secured.
Does anyone have a solution to the above? the problem?

Thanks for the answer! I will write to @dzejka, but after studying the entries on bez-kabli.pl and on Russian sites, the chances of a simple solution are slim. Because the only way is to connect to the interface under RS232. I will try this way ... I will let you know

    Hello,
in this matter, I recommend looking at: https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic3438655.html .

I also recommend looking into my topic about extracting files from FW.bin of this router - I discussed the whole structure there with counting CORRECT checksums inclusive (some versions of FW check the CRC of the "header" of its individual parts, and after changing the version number, the checksum simply disagrees and the installer does not release).

    Regards.

    PS
Interesting fact: you can change the FW version ended with a two-, three- or four-digit number to a two-digit number and vice versa - in this case the manufacturer uses the trick of shortening the full name, e.g. from "... V200R001 ..." to "... V2R1. .. "and the like - of course, counting new sums in this case is necessary - before such an operation you should check how the" abbreviated "name in the replaced FW was. :shocked!:

I gave up playing with the router because I changed the LTE operator. The router is stable on the original software. Maybe someday I'll come back to the topic .. Thank you for your help.
