Saab 9-3 Sport: Folding Mirror Malfunction, PDM Tester Results, Ignition Switch Issue

It does - the right mirror does not fold, if it is activated by a button on the left door, the left one folds. If I connect to the PDM tester, the mirror can be folded (as a function of actuator test). In PDM the only error is unknown environment identifier, and indeed the VIN of the module does not match the rest. Lock and rest works. Probably PDM was changed from another car.
Error in CIM regarding P-CAN with PDM. TWICE and BCM without errors.
After inserting the key into the ignition switch, the key cannot be turned, after inserting the key only the steering column lock indicator light is on. Removal of the clamp and installation makes the ignition switch can be turned; and the car starts.
In no case can I hear the locking bolt working.
Can you see a common reason that the whole mess is made by a foreign PDM and it is enough to just add it?

Thanks, I did, I added PDM (VIN rewritten) and the mirror folds. Sick, because I had to get approval from TIS for whatever.

Yet such a question, there is an amplifier under the driver's seat. A cube cut in livestock, a car converted from an Englishman.
You don't have a pattern how it goes there?
