    I have a fuse box under the hood - in Clio3 it's normal ... :(
    Then it becomes 'disco' :D
Twice I followed the advice of users of this car, i.e. farelka and after blowing with warm air it works.
I took it out, dried it, put it under the hood and everything works except for the short lights and the height adjustment of the lamps disappeared.
    What to pick on

    Start by checking

F9 - 15A fuse for the right low beam
    F10 - fuse 15A left dipped headlights
dipped beam relay (3 counting from the cut off corner or clicking when switching on the lights)

The fuses in the box are all good.
When you turn on the lights, nothing is spoken, you can only hear and see when the lights change to long.

Pull the relay out and short the executive contacts, you will see whether the low beam lights up.

Well, probably in the left burnt bulb. Now check the relay on the table or put the passing one in place the same as you are sure it is in working order.

Diagnostic tool Connect to UPC. to test the actuator (dipped beam) will probably fail. If so, either replace the UPC or try to split it, wash the plate in spirit, brush it with a toothbrush and dry, for example. Sometimes comes alive.

I ordered a second mailbox, it arrived today. :D
I installed, checking - it's OK, all functions are working, working.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Renault Clio3 experiencing issues with the dipped beam headlights and headlight adjustment. The user initially checked the fuses and found them intact but noted that the lights only functioned when switched to high beam. Suggestions included checking the F9 and F10 fuses, testing the dipped beam relay, and shorting the relay contacts to diagnose the problem. After performing these checks, the user confirmed that the right dipped beam worked and the adjustment function was restored. Further advice included using a diagnostic tool to test the UPC (unit controlling the headlights) and cleaning it if necessary. Ultimately, the user replaced the module, which resolved the issues, restoring all functions.
