    Hello.
Help me because my hands are literally falling :-(
The car is a Citroen C1 with 1.0 engine from 2013.
Colleagues have stopped lighting headlights (passing and driving lights) parking lots are lit, daytime running LEDs also light up after starting the engine. After turning the control handle to the passing position, the leds go out and the "short-K" and "long-D" indicators appear on the clock at once, switching K / D gives nothing and no physical lights. The fuses are checked, all the ones in the engine compartment and the clock, I have dismantled the steering wheel and the combined switch, the socket-plug is checked and it's OK. I disassembled the switch and the contacts in it are also OK, all the relays under the dashboard checked, some replaced because most are the same. H4 bulbs were listed first and are functional. I found a box under the left headlight in which, according to the illustration found on the internet, there should be relays from the daytime running lights / passing beam and a few other from the engine components and I found in it only one socket with a relay that lights the leds, prophylactically replaced it with the same from the cockpit but nothing changed.

You need to do a peugeot planet diagnosis and view the actual values. You will see how it reacts to the shift of the handle.

So you suggest that the problem may be in the handle?

Have you checked whether the bulbs have a plus and minus supply?
Maybe everything on the "turn on" side is ok, and there is no other pole, for example, a hypothetical common ground when powered by plus bulbs?

I checked the ankle and there is mass in it and there is no +12 at the short or long junction.

    Added after 6 [minutes]:

I remembered that after disconnecting the cubes from both bulbs after turning the handle, the lights in the clock appear separately depending on the position of the handle, which is how it should be.

What did you check the weight? +12 suggests the meter, check it with a light bulb, the meter does not consume as much power as the light bulb and can be misleading if the connections are poor. The voltage is, but with a minimum current insufficient to light the bulb.
What you wrote back now and in the first post

reminds me vividly of the so-called "Christmas tree" on lamps, usually rear lights, and lack of weight.
I don't know if it can be applied to these controls in the meter - probably in an "electronic" car, but :?:

http://c1aygo107.net/index.php?topic=9366.0 have you seen it? The first one popped up, it's probably like that

I have a multimeter but I checked it with a 21W bulb. I read the post from the link but my fault is not described.

    Maybe BSM?
He performs the executive function, and BSI sends orders.
And since the lights are on, BSI receives information from the handle.

It's best to connect Lexie anyway. Because there you can do tests from your computer. Fire up lights, horn, etc. without moving the control handle.

I was at electronics today and it turned out that it was just damaged BSM and was not surprised at all because he saw that the car is after a collision. He claims it can be fixed, we'll see ...
Thank you all for your interest and best regards.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a 2013 Citroën C1 with a 1.0 engine experiencing non-functional headlights, including both dipped beam and main beams. The user has checked various components, including fuses, the combined switch, and H4 bulbs, but the issue persists. Responses suggest performing a Peugeot Planet diagnosis to assess the control handle's functionality and checking for proper voltage supply to the bulbs. A multimeter was used for testing, but it was noted that a light bulb should be used for more accurate results. Ultimately, it was determined that a damaged BSM (Bandeau de Services Multiples) was the cause of the problem, which could potentially be repaired.
