Cozmo Anki Robot Won't Start Up: WiFi Connection Issues, Factory Reset, & Battery Removal

I purchased a cozmo robot but unfortunately something wrong.
I can't connect to it via wifi. I tried on various devices, emulators. It sees the network, but when you enter the password, it rejects the connection.
As if the router in this robot is frozen.
You could take the batteries out or discharge them, but you can't. When removed from the charger, it turns off and will not discharge it this way.
It is a pity there is no reset button. By moving your head up and down you can enter factory mode, but it doesn't work for me.
There is little about him on Polish forums. I think it's an interesting robot, you can program it.
Something's wrong with electronics, or some memory errors.
It's best to reset it or remove the batteries.
I don't think you can remove the battery that easily.

Unfortunately, I was unable to start cozmo, but I was able to give it to the seller.
