    Hello
I got the daytime running led, however, I would like to modify it my way and now the question is:
    - how to connect the LEDs so that they turn on automatically after ignition of the engine but go out after turning on the low beam.

Use a nc relay and let the dipped lead wire onto the relay coil.
And power supply from some circuit with current after starting the engine.

You will realize on a regular relay, to run the LED you take the signal from the alternator and extinguishing the led signal from the passing bulb.
    I don't have Z19DT in Zosia

Good mate borken007 advises. And exactly for customers I always connect via a relay. I take one control from the + lights (but I connect to the position) and you can under the passing, and the other wire to the generator excitation wire.
    The system works like this.
    1. Turn the ignition on excitation and lights you have 0 so LEDs are not lit.
    2. You start the engine - +12 v appears on the excitation and the mass is taken through the bulb
    3. You start the engine and turn on the lights - on excitation + 12 v on +12 V bulbs the relay turns off and the LEDs go out.
The system checked and very good.
You only need to mount the diode between the relay and the alternator excitation.
The diode is necessary because without the diode when you turn the ignition on (without starting the engine) and turn on the light - p [about excitation will be the mass from the alternator and + 12V from the bulb and then the LEDs will light up. Mounting the diode causes that the system in this particular case will not turn on the leds.
I hope everything is clear, if not, please write.
    best regards

Remember the polarity of the wires when connecting the LEDs.
You can buy a 12v DC relay for a penny in the first better electronics store

With connecting to the ignition is a lot of spinning up in Zafira, what I would recommend is putting a 12V voltage stabilizer on the cable

fuse 25 only protects the automatic transmission,
    Fuse 31 is from AFL
I would like to invite you to Zośka's forum, but once I got BANA's good intentions so I will refrain

Everything works great thanks to everyone, but I have a problem because after switching on the low beam of lights I am blinking, I think the signal is coming from checking the bulbs can be bypassed ??

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around modifying the daytime running LEDs for the Opel Zafira B to automatically turn on with the engine ignition and turn off when the low beam is activated. Various solutions are proposed, including using a relay connected to the alternator and the low beam circuit. A common recommendation is to utilize a 12V DC relay, ensuring correct polarity during installation. Additionally, users suggest incorporating a diode to prevent unintended LED activation when the ignition is on without the engine running. The conversation also touches on sourcing power from fuses or relays in the vehicle's electrical system. A follow-up indicates successful implementation but raises a concern about blinking LEDs when the low beam is switched on, hinting at potential bulb check signals that may need bypassing.
