opel meriva 2005, 100KM - Daytime running lights in the direction indicators

Hello!


I've been going to buy daytime running lights for almost a year now. I was going to buy the most ordinary lights, usually mounted in the bumper. Maybe it's better that it slipped down like this because I came across the daytime running lights in the turn signals. They are shown below:

Can I connect them to my car?

Will any modifications be required apart from removing the old bulbs and connecting the system properly? Connecting the system, I mean: connecting the BAU15S / BA15S / T20 plug and connecting one wire to +?

As for the daytime running light relay, can the ground (yellow wire) be connected to any ground? + ignition, where can I find?

Is it legal to fit such lights? :)

The offer lacks the magic word "approval", which should have a lamp shade and not a bulb, the installation of this crap is inconsistent with Polish regulations, it is the same case as the installation of xenon burners in usually lamps.
