Co zrobić, gdy laptop po aktualizacji Windows 10 bardzo zwolnił, dysk czasem dobija do 100% i komputer mocno się grzeje?

Start by prophylactically administering SMART disk from CrystalDiskInfo.

Another "story" that windows is best installed "clean" instead of overlay.
As for the "silting up", it is probably already depending on the speed of your internet that you can download corrections.

1.Checking whether the bios is also loud and the laptop warms up.
2. Clean up the C drive on your system is such an option.
3. Make the computer run as efficiently as possible and look worse.
4. Turn on the performance monitor and see how much MB you have left because the system is downloading about 500 MB.
5. If nothing else, clean the air outlet of the fan.

6. Disk defragmentation C.
7. Format the entire disk and you know you have to copy everything to another disk and then copy it back to a formatted and partitioned disk. Will there be a problem with reinstalling the system?

Maybe one of the hints will work because I don't see another option to speed up the system.

Eh, you're up a bit @ newurzytkownik1975 , maybe it's better if the Author, for example, installed the motherboard chipset driver for the new system from the manufacturer's website (as it is, although recently such drivers have been integrated with the W10).
Fragmentation does not cause the disk to stutter, but a fresh installation that I wrote about is not a silly idea looking at the little mess you have in your processes.
Skype itself running in the background on a weak "net" can muddle the browser. You can also see some "crapware" from HP, but if the Author does not keep the system in order, even the fastest PC will "kneel".
Please test the benchmark with HD tune for the preview HDD performance and fire OCCT Author from HWinfo simultaneously. After 20 min. post screen from HWi. For inspection.

And I looked at the logs from post # 7 quickly and I don't see any infection, but I'm drowning in software, so I don't know about this enigmatic "silting up" ..

will be better. You can always do the update all over again.

Can my colleague Chudy889 be able to download the system from a USB flash drive or burn it to a disc. If the laptop has an original windows 7 system, the key update can be skipped and everything will work automatically.
