Start by prophylactically administering SMART disk from CrystalDiskInfo.
Do not paste logs into the content of the post, as it clutters the topic. Add logs as TXT in the attachment, or put them as a spoiler with the code:

We don't use HijackThis anymore. Now FRST is "on top":
    https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/
however, according to I have little chance it's an infection.
Another "story" that windows is best installed "clean" instead of overlay.
As for the "silting up", it is probably already depending on the speed of your internet that you can download corrections.
    You have to wait patiently.
You can post a screen of ProcessExplorer with processes sorted by CPU and disk usage for viewing:

SMART shows nothing disturbing, the drive is ok. Where are the logs?

"Bit" disk (BF) - I advise you to be careful, but functional.
Now wait or send this PE screen.

The load you mentioned cannot be seen. Has the computer "calmed down"?

He "calms down" for a while and then he starts freaking out again, stuttering.

So take a view from PE when he "goes crazy".

Ok, I did as you wrote, but so far you can't see any difference.
    Best regards.

Eh, you're up a bit @ newurzytkownik1975 , maybe it's better if the Author, for example, installed the motherboard chipset driver for the new system from the manufacturer's website (as it is, although recently such drivers have been integrated with the W10).
Fragmentation does not cause the disk to stutter, but a fresh installation that I wrote about is not a silly idea looking at the little mess you have in your processes.
Skype itself running in the background on a weak "net" can muddle the browser. You can also see some "crapware" from HP, but if the Author does not keep the system in order, even the fastest PC will "kneel".
Please test the benchmark with HD tune for the preview HDD performance and fire OCCT Author from HWinfo simultaneously. After 20 min. post screen from HWi. For inspection.

And I looked at the logs from post # 7 quickly and I don't see any infection, but I'm drowning in software, so I don't know about this enigmatic "silting up" ..

ps. Finally - pagefile to check.

@ k45i89o98j66 Okay, but it happened after the W10 update, no BGA detachment symptoms, no overheating.
But if someone called these "pavulons" that, there might be something wrong with them.
