High CPU, Memory Usage and 100% Disk Usage on Windows 10, Intel Core i7-5500U, 8GB RAM

Hello, I have a huge problem with my laptop. He began to lull, slow to act. CPU and memory usage is still high, and disk usage is 100%.

Intel Core i7-5500U processor
8GB RAM
1 TB disk
Geforce gtx 950m graphics card

As for screen # 2 from post # 6 - the disk survived a large number of shocks / overloads (BF).

Check if the updates work, maybe something has crashed.

Do not download programs using download assistants that install malicious add-ons!
Download only from direct links.

Only if I don't have Avast, what antivirus do you recommend?

You can try to install Avast again, if that doesn't help, change it to Avg.
