People in offices sometimes cannot scan documents properly and need to be corrected after them, for example, they scan documents in A3 when the documents are printed in A4. Then you have to remove half of the paper to read it after printing.

So simply save the page as an image (e.g. using Microsoft Image Writer) and crop it and then make a valid pdf back.
Another way is to select "Print view" instead of "Print page".
Free Irfan View also opens pdf files as images that can be saved in dozens of graphic formats.
Show properties of this file in Acrobat. Do you have something similar?
