Hello, how to change the content in the received pdf document so as not to change the page graphics? I received the letterhead as pdf, but there are stylistic errors and i would like to correct them before forwarding. I'm on sick leave and can't fix it at work, and the client has to get it tomorrow.

It's best to open it in Adobe Proffesional. Possibly by importing in Corel, but then you have to take into account the change of fonts.

Because Adobe Acrobat Professional is a commercial program.
Try to use Abbyy Fine Reader by exporting the text recognition results to Word. the program should keep the size and typeface as well as the graphics. In short, it should make you an identical page, only as a Word document, therefore editable.

    Hello
I have the same problem at the moment. I need to alter the text of literally one sentence in the pdf file I received. Of course, the matter is quite urgent. How to deal with it? This on-line converter only copied text to word, but read-only. I have already downloaded 5 different programs and then ... What to do ??? I will not buy Adobe Professionala, because it is a waste of money for the 12th sentence. There must be an option !!

The pdf format was created, among others so that the file sent in this format could not be edited . There are special options for blocking the possibility of copying the content, printing, encryption, etc.

To change the content of a pdf file you would have to use the same method as the owner of the file used (standard: source document in a text editor -> conversion to pdf format) and as I know the life of the source document, we do not have ...

What he wrote before remains jankolo and programs e.g. from here PC World Komputer-PDF Creation and Editing .

However, I have an overwhelming conviction that in some cases changing the content of a pdf file may be helpful for use in breaking the law.
I propose to close the topic.

Can you provide the basis for this belief of yours?
    Or do you only suppose?

Of course, there are cases of fraud.
For example, when an offer sent in pdf has been changed and sent back as accepted, similarly with documents.

Merely changing the content of a PDF is not a violation of the law. After all, PDFs can be edited in the same way as * .doc files, but with different tools. The mere fact that these are less known methods does not mean that they are breaking the law. You are all about cheating, but there are several ways of achieving this.

By the way, I would like to add that 'breaking the law' means acting in breach of generally applicable regulations, and such is an attempt to cheat (286 PC). The PDF editing itself is fine.

Of course you are right, my wording was unfortunate :(
    I'll correct them in a moment :)

All in all, it was just a digression related to the topic, I proposed closing it due to the fact that most possible ways to solve the problem were indicated and the fact that there are already a dozen similar threads on the forum.

As long as you are the owner of the file or you have obtained the permissions from the owner.

    I close the topic.
