Hello. Well, I have a problem with the laptop. After turning it on, the Acer inscription starts and then there is a black screen and a cursor, and there is only safe mode in every corner on the desktop. Tried all alt ctrl delta actions .... But nothing helped.
Maybe it's my fault because I turned on safe mode earlier it was ok, I restarted it and that's it. I will add that it is windows 8.1 and it was not even moved anywhere.
Please help.
