I have a Pacakard Bell an Acer brand laptop. The Packard bell screen turns on and then when it turns on the screen is gray and the mouse cursor. The buttons and mouse work. Ctrl + del + alt doesn't help ? I need a quick solution. The computer is working but you can't use it ?

Windows 8. The laptop normally walks but the screen only shows the mouse.

Try to start the computer in safe mode. It's not easy in win8: / you have to hit the F8 key correctly to run. It's a trial and error method almost every time.

It doesn't help the computer doesn't respond ? Nothing can turn on with the mouse.
