    Hello.
Built-in Amica oven. It burns at the set temperature of 100 ° C on the knob, I put the thermometer in the middle and it shows 250 ° C, and at 50 ° C on the knob it really is about 200 ° C ... The red lamp that lights up while the oven is heating up turns off after heating up yet the oven does not maintain the set temperature. Is it also the fault of the thermoregulator?

I haven't had a chance to play with an oven like this, but the sensor is definitely mounted in the back wall, on top of the oven. See the photo from the website North.pl. You will unscrew the rear cover of the oven, you will definitely find it, the assembly is two nuts or bolts. As for the parameters - it is definitely an NTC sensor, but I can't find anything. Maybe these are just the burnt ends of the connectors of this sensor? Did you use this pyrolysis?

Judging by the photo, we are dealing with an ordinary mechanical thermostat, not with an electronic control :)
In my opinion, to replace the thermostat :)

The stove after replacing the thermostat with a replacement and everything works ok.
At the beginning, the thermometer in the center showed 30 ° C more, but it was placed on a baking sheet and hence the difference I think. On the grate it shows OK.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around an Amica built-in oven exhibiting incorrect temperature readings, where the set temperature of 100 °C corresponds to an actual temperature of 250 °C. Users suggest that the issue may stem from a faulty temperature sensor or thermostat. One participant confirms that after replacing the thermostat, the oven functioned correctly, with only minor discrepancies in temperature readings attributed to the placement of the thermometer. Instructions for checking and replacing the thermostat are provided, indicating that it is located at the back of the oven and can be accessed by removing the rear cover. The cost of replacement parts is also discussed, with prices around 45-97 PLN.
