Hello. Symptoms: The touchpad works until you log in and stops working after logging in, the Fn + F9 key combination does not help.

What is the OS? Does installing the manufacturer's drivers help? The current touchpad driver in the OS and you can see it in msconfig? Any errors in the device manager?

windows 8. no errors manufacturer installed errors. as far as I know, there is supposedly some combination of three keys that has already solved the problem on the laptop, as it happened, I'm looking for but can't find. (laptop not my friend, only)

What is the device status code? Post a screen from the manager like here:

Include in the attachment the FRST logs (Frst.txt and Addition.txt):
