    Hello all!

Unfortunately, for some time I have had harder days with my volcano ... Toy car with air conditioning, manual adjustment knob 4 degrees

The problem began quite harmlessly, in the summer I noticed that the airflow starts after a while of driving a car ... I did not see any rule, and I did not even try to find, there were warm days, and the airflow turned on after a while always ... Honestly, I didn't think it would be a problem.
When it got colder, the malfunction began to bother, especially since the waiting time for the air to turn on also increased.
My observations show that the blower starts working when the car warms up well. I do not know if this diagnosis is true, but when the system starts to work, then it works normally until the car cools down. Sometimes it takes 15-20 minutes before the blowing starts. It can run in the meantime for 2-3 seconds and goes off again.
I dismantled everything, trying to diagnose the problem ... The blower works for a short time, the fuse switch works, because when the airflow finally starts, I can turn off, on and everything plays at each level of airflow .... I replaced almost all these relays soldered in a black box under the steering wheel. I remember that once I had a problem with the lights and wipers on the back and so sorted out these defects. Did not help. I unscrewed the battery base and corrected all ground connections by flooding with contact and tightening. When I unplug all the plugs, I also flood them with contact.
I also bought Mj802 transistor, but it turned out that it is ceramic.
I noticed that the reason for the lack of airflow is the under voltage to the system. The air conditioning doesn't work either. when the blower surprises, I have voltage on 5 wires at the air supply control block, when the lack of voltage does not work everywhere (blower, resistor, air supply control and air conditioning). It is logical that something is wrong between the fuse and the airflow adjustment. So why replace the transistor if the fault is even earlier. For this, switching on the circuit after the car warms up, would suggest that the cause must be looked under the hood. I don't know my post and request for help anymore.

I wrote this post some time ago in another forum. Unfortunately I didn't get an answer.
The problem is bothering me all the time. The only thing that has changed is that the warming up of the car no longer causes the blower to switch on.
Now he walks as he wants. It usually doesn't turn on, sometimes it bounces and starts working normally ...
I don't know myself but I have the impression that this is some electronics. Maybe someone will lead me here. :)

MJ transistor ... there is something with automatic air conditioning. Here, ceramic are wire resistors from individual gears.

On the driver's side, you have a large fuse box next to the battery, where I would look for the reasons. Under the steering wheel, I don't remember if there was anything left from the wind.

Well, everything indicates that the relay from the blower is whacked, which does not turn on and therefore there is no current in the circuit. Relay switched on
Question, does anyone know where the relay from the photo is located?
Apparently somewhere under the board, but I can't see it anywhere. Volvo v40 1.8 - Airflow Starts After Car Warms Up: Manual AC Adjustment Issues

In the version with electronic adjustment of the airflow power he did as a shunt for full power and the blower wheel was. In this case I don't know. The design shows that it is still somewhere under the board.
