Which camera model can it record in? The file can be played in Media Player Classic - Home Cinema but there is no voice or image, VLC reports an error, Media info gives a message about the .undf codec, therefore players are not able to display the file correctly because they do not know what codecs to use. Apparently, the Combined Community Codec Pack and VLC codec set can play such problematic files. https://videoconverter.wondershare.com/vlc/fix-vlc-does-not-support-undf.html

FULL HD CAR DVR is not a camera model but a general name representing its capabilities. If the camera is less than half a year old, I advise you to return it to the store with a letter stating the non-compliance of the goods with the contract as the reason. This camera cannot be used.

For me on a good card recordings are sometimes damaged, changing the length of the recordings to 5 minutes helped (but it's the card's fault). You probably have a fake card, because only 1 are in this file, it is not recoverable, try on another card and test this card, whether it is not fake sometimes bought at a bargain price. The film should not be compressed, compressed it does not even have 200 kB.

And so it turned out, a fake card, at a very good price of 32GB in a capacity of 7GB

Topic summary

The user is unable to play an AVI video file from their car camera, which is identified as a "FULL HD CAR DVR." Responses indicate that the file size is suspiciously small (11.1KB), suggesting it may not be a valid movie file. The video can be attempted to be played using Media Player Classic - Home Cinema, but issues arise due to an unsupported codec (.undf). Recommendations include using the Combined Community Codec Pack or VLC codec set to potentially resolve playback issues. Further investigation reveals that the user may be using a counterfeit memory card, which could be causing file corruption. The user confirms the card's fake status after testing, indicating it has a capacity of only 7GB instead of the advertised 32GB.
