Hello, I have a question, I'm green when it comes to pc assembly and I currently have Intel Core i5 4460 @ 3.20GHz and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti and I have a question because the i5 has a socket 1150 and the new board I intend to buy is 1151 and will it fit or not? Thank you

It won't work, don't even try because you will damage something. You must buy a disc with the LGA1150 socket.

I would get rid of this i5 and buy a + CPU board for 1151, it makes no sense to go to 1150 in my opinion.
