Hello. Not long ago I bought the ELM 327 diagnostic interface. Unfortunately, it came with a damaged CD with software and drivers for it. I searched and installed drivers and several diagnostic programs, unfortunately, still no reason because the interface does not connect to my car. After connecting the interface to the computer one red lamp lights up when connected to OBD2 nothing happens. Earlier I used the viaken interface and VAG software there, after connecting the interface to the OBD2 socket the green LED was on. Is something wrong with the ELM 327 interface? Has anyone used this amazing device? Please help and thank you in advance for your answers.
Ps. the interface itself connects to the diagnostic program
