Hello, I have a problem with bubbling and water overflow in a coal furnace open circuit. Immediately after lighting up, the water starts bubbling so that when you touch it you can feel the vibrations on hand. The furnace was assembled eight years ago, it was not burned for a long time. Yesterday we cleaned it and the chimney as well. Radiators were installed two weeks ago new and vented, now they are heating properly. I uploaded a movie on pt "Blast furnace gurgling, splashing water" where you can hear and know the work of the boiler, can someone advise what to do.
I'm afraid that the installation would burst

You light it too quickly - is the pump?
What heaters, maybe newer and water flows more slowly.

Maybe give me a link - I can't find these passwords

Probably the air in the boiler, but also during sharp smoking, the water can boil, and if the installation is improperly done, there is a problem with the discharge of steam from the boiler / installation outside. After watching the film, although not very accurately, but still you can notice the wrong discharge of pipes from the boiler, towards the expansion tank. This outlet results in the fact that when the pump is turned on, the differential valve closes, and thus the air must escape only through the pump. This will cause that the pump working dry (or on steam instead of water) will eventually get stuck. If the installation can work without a pump, at the beginning you can observe whether the boiler operation will improve, whether the steam will come out of the boiler (or the bubbling will stop).

    Ok i have
It rather does not cook, it is infected. After leaving the oven, the steam will turn into water again, and here you can hear bubbling in the pipes. There are no drops on the vent pipes, are they? Because as soon as through the pump, it will take longer.

There is no vent on the boiler ???

The second thing, venting the system sometimes needs to be done several times before it's ok.

PS. I hope these bottles behind the stove are not kindling ;)

This is suitable for the topic "joyful creativity of installers".
Boiler mounted turned 90 ° - flat coil. No coil venting. And the lack of "hot water".
    Expansion vessel connected incorrectly,
Valves at the boiler outlet - constituting a safety pipe which is unacceptable!

hello, this bubbling often occurs when the furnace is not well positioned, that is, it generally appears to be upright and in fact under the furnace casing at the top where the power drain pipe is slightly lower, and in the front of the furnace there is air left and cannot be exiled, the output is then to unscrew the thermometer, if there is one in the front of the furnace, and release the air. greetings. Buddy Banana, you are absolutely right, the boiler is installed masterfully, just cry, and all the rest too.

Take some photos of the installation. Then it will be easier to discuss any errors in the installation.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around issues of bubbling and water overflow in a Zębiec coal furnace operating in an open circuit. The user reports vibrations and bubbling immediately after lighting the furnace, which has not been used for a long time. Responses suggest potential causes including air trapped in the boiler, improper installation of pipes, and the need for multiple venting attempts. Recommendations include checking the positioning of the furnace, ensuring proper venting, and observing the system's operation without the pump to identify issues. Users emphasize the importance of correct installation and venting to prevent damage to the system.
