Yesterday suddenly the red diode on the router started to light up and since then I can not connect to the Internet at all. What do I do with it? Please explain to me as simply as possible, because internet technical issues are my weak point. I did the reset, disconnected the cables a few times and nothing.
I cannot call the internet provider because the internet is not on me and the person authorized to handle matters related to the internet does not return in a week.

Most often the red LED lights up as it has no coverage. Check in the settings to see if the modem has forgotten your PIN by accident, this model sometimes likes to delete the saved PIN itself, it's best to disable code authentication.

It may also be worth checking if the data transmission fee has arrived on time. I had a similar problem :) I paid the bill at the last minute and after calling the supplier it turned out that they had not received the cash register yet. I was instructed to make a scrina transfer and send it via email. The connection "returned" about 20 min. later. :) . Since you can't call and the advice of a friend (roxio) didn't help, you probably have to wait for the person the net is on.
