Best Video Grabber for Ripping Old Tapes to DVD/PC (Windows 10): Top Choices & Quality Solutions

I need to rip my old, priceless Video tapes to Paw / DVD (Widows 10) in the best possible quality.
Old video player.
I have one chance, I will go to the UK with my own flap and I will have a few days to do it, but I must have my own Video Grabber equipment. Of course, it is about the highest image quality (I am not interested in sound).

I use Winfast PXD3200H, Sony SLV SE 800 for copying. For processing Magix Móvie Edit pro 16 HD, Catmasia Studio 8, Audacity (audio), Adobe Audition (audio). For sound Asus Xonar DS and auxiliary U3 (laptop).
So you are interested in the picture:
1. TV card cool when it comes to quality, software unstable to the limit, also with built-in drivers only recommend it, a program for ripping / processing on your own.
2. Nice VCR, sharp image, highlights a lot of imperfections for it.
3. I play DVD Video in quality - it is enough for me and my clients to recode once after corrections or possible editing.

The old Funai had chinch for sound and BNC for picture, but the newer ones have EURO and chinch, the adapter can also be bought / assembled as if something.

Grabber - poor quality of the ripped material (like VHS).

What exactly is a laptop, what input ports it has - maybe we can choose something for it (although it can cost a lot).
