    Hello,

My computer has gone through a lot. Now another problem has arisen. I did not pay attention to this, but recently the motherboard logo has stopped displaying. The monitor receives the signal only when windows logs on.

    Precise description:

    1. At the time of starting the computer the monitor does not receive the signal, when it receives the signal after about 7-10 seconds, the Windows welcome window is displayed. The screen with the motherboard logo is skipped.
    2. In my model, enter the BIOS with the DELETE button. With each one attempt to enter the bios, the monitor stays black and the system does not start (probably the computer actually enters the bios, because when the power button is pressed the computer turns off immediately, as it is when it is in the bios) Either way the image is black, because the monitor does not receive any signal and until I turn it off from the button, the screen remains black (the monitor has no signal)
    3. Through the fast boot program I used the go2bios option (turns off the computer from Windows and automatically turns on to the bios when turned on) - the black screen ended the same, the computer turned off with the button.
    4. The same problem occurs when I try to enter the boot menu.
    5. I tried: MSI fast boot (fast boot off), disable fast boot in windows 10, I did not reset the bios because I am afraid that the problem will not go away and I will not be able to perform the initial configuration without the image on the monitor. I did not update the bios, because I will not flash without the monitor signal.
    6. I read a lot about my problem. A few people had a similar one, but there was no specific solution anywhere. I read something about the HDMI cable. My monitor is connected via HDMI, and apparently the BIOS sometimes doesn't read HDMI. Here there are 2 problems: my graphics card has no VGA input, and secondly, bios previously worked via HDMI.

    Motherboard: msi b250m pro-vdh

Best regards and thank you in advance for your help.

Well, you did an interesting topic. Or maybe just on some other monitor set what you have to set in the BIOS and do not penetrate? For example, I have such a strange TV that can not display the text mode and neither DOS on it nor anything in other text mode.

Let's start with the fact that the cards are not to be input only (video).

This is a mystery. Is the HDMI damaged in the monitor? With one piece of cable and one monitor with diagnostics we don't "go crazy", especially as CMOS reset will not help.
I have already seen the discs, which they forgot that they had to give the signal to DVI and to D-SUB (despite the lack of a plug in D-SUB and its presence in DVI -> "Chinese can do") ...
ps. He was helping CLR_CMOS "over the leg" the next time.

    Hello
I had a similar situation and it helped me to connect the equipment to another monitor, and if it does not help, then try to upload a different / newer version of the bios
    best regards

    Hello,
If someone is still looking for a solution, I found it only after searching in English - you should connect the cable not to the graphics card but to the motherboard - I struggled for two hours before I found a solution to the problem and it worked for me.
    best regards
