[Img] JBL Charge 1 Issues: Not Charging and Turning On, with Persistent Light Indicators

Hello. my JBL charge 1 after discharging .... has stopped activating due to characteristic sound signals during on / off. and I don't want to charge .... all the lights are on ... during charging one dot is lit all the time, but I don't want to charge anything even for 24h.
during deliberate disconnection and connection of the battery as in the picture (the plug is barely connected). the speaker makes a strange sound, but works for a while .. What could be the problem? ... give it to electronics ?? the website is out of the game. thank you for your help [/ img]

You must carefully recharge the battery on the external power supply so that it has more than 3V and then reconnect to JBL.

    External power supply, preferably adjustable.
Unfortunately, you do not know what city you are from, because you are probably ashamed of it :) to show you someone to help.

I understand ... do you think this could be the main recipe for my speaker?

do I have to connect the same power supply to the power supply or just plug the speaker in its entirety?

The battery itself should be connected to the power supply.
If you have a 5V power supply, try connecting the battery to it for 2 minutes.
Just make sure you connect + and - well. The + battery is red and the black one.
