Persistent Connection Issues with Asus Router and FunBox from Orange on Windows 8.1

Hello, I have a problem with my internet, more specifically with FunBox from Orange.
From the main router or FunBox I have a cable connected to the 2nd router from Asus, the problem is that after turning on the laptop I can not immediately connect to the router, and after diagnosis I find out that: Windows did not automatically detect the proxy settings.
Of course, after some time manages to connect, but it is persistent and I did not notice this problem on the phone.

Any advice?

And did you try to manually set it to a permanent address in the settings?

But are you connecting via WiFi or cable to this Asus?
And what is the other router for?

The main router is in the upper corner of the room, ethernet is pulled from it through the whole house up to the bottom corner of the room because I did not have coverage.
