Change your browser to Firefox or something like this:

I don't want to change. it can be managed somehow. I will also add that on another computer with windows 8 I have a slimjet in the latest version 17 and everything flashes there. only that this version is probably not xp ..

I doubt that something will come of you. Even with FF and H.264 there are playback problems -> Therefore, it is best to change the browser to FF and set it as specified on the website, then everything should work.

and maybe some external program for jutub what would go to xp?

Firefox is enough, I don't know why you're complicating yourself. There are no external programs.
