    Hello
The car as in the topic, the problem is with errors in EDC.
    MAN year 2014 engine D2676LF26 440 HP.
These are the errors that occur and are seen by the diagnostic device as active:
    4377
    4374
    3830
    4559
    4562
I will add that the temperatures that should be read on the catalytic converter (all four) cannot be viewed and the controller assumes 25 degrees, there is simply no reading. After disconnecting either the NOx or the thermocouple, the Adblue level disappears, i.e. messages pass through these two elements, but as if nothing was coming out of them. Is it possible that both elements are defective? quite strange but possible.
I am asking everyone who had the opportunity to work with the e6 MAN system for help.

    Hi,
If I make it before another friend, I will send you these errors tomorrow. What are you working on? Can you delete the sensor memory? See the separated SCR system?
Is there any icon displayed in addition to the errors? Temperature on the right?
Everything is possible - and that's beautiful.

I did the diagnostics with Jaltest and ManCats, I still had problems with Adblue return pressure, but the injector was clogged, so I cleaned it, but these errors were registered in the pump module, the errors I listed are registered in EDC. I know about the separation of the system, but I don't know anything about resetting the sensor values, can I ask for more information?
The engine light is yellow and there is a message about an engine system fault, the car does not cut off power, it is always on the road and I always have a few hours for repairs once a week, so I do it as quickly as possible.

4377 CAN error, 4377 CAN error, 3830 CAN bus message, NOx II OBD sensor, 4559 exhaust gas temperature sensor, 4562 CAN bus message - exhaust gas temperature sensor information.
Write the pump number and whether errors 5038, 5039, 5556 were active with a clogged injector? It is possible that the pump needs to be replaced, if the injection or return from the pump is clogged, we change the return pipe to a larger size. Did you rinse the pump after cleaning? What does the inside of the catalytic converter look like? It may be necessary to take it out and wash it - just wait, because the large round gaskets will need to be replaced, they are burnt out! Write when he comes back. Deleting sensors in MAN CATS 3 - engine and exhaust gas treatment - restore sensor values.

The problem with NOx was solved, there was a tiny hole in the sensor electronics housing through which moisture got inside, although everything is in the gel, the protruding elements were damaged. I soldered everything using elements from the NOx board from E5.
Everything started working, including the thermocouple, and the temperatures showed up.
As for the pressures in the AdBlue pump, after the route there was still an error of too high pressure in the return line.
I deleted all the errors and now I will finally see if the errors will recur.

I associate that there was a problem with this back pressure in E6. The reason for a faulty pump. The solution is to replace the pump.

Now I can safely say that the fault does not appear and the repair was successful. After deleting, as I wrote earlier, the pressure error no longer appeared. It is difficult to say whether it is a coincidence or a temporary return to operation of the pump.
Thank you all for your help.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a 2014 MAN TGX 440 Euro 6 truck experiencing EDC errors related to the exhaust gas system, specifically with the D2676LF26 engine. The user reported multiple active diagnostic errors (4377, 4374, 3830, 4559, 4562) and issues with temperature readings from the catalytic converter, which were stuck at 25 degrees. After diagnostics using Jaltest and ManCats, it was found that a clogged injector was causing Adblue return pressure problems. A subsequent repair involved addressing a moisture issue in the NOx sensor housing, which restored functionality to the thermocouple and temperature readings. The user noted that after clearing the errors, the pressure error did not reappear, indicating a successful repair. Recommendations included checking the pump and possibly replacing it if back pressure issues persisted.
