Hello everyone in this forum. I have the authorization and I would like to connect the induction hob but I do not have the appropriate protocol pattern. Someone will help me because maybe he has one or will suggest how to write it or where to find it. Thanks in advance.

Such a protocol is usually supplied with the induction hob.

Make an entry and raise in warranty. If it is not present and the disc is used, you can write the protocol yourself. It must contain information such as the time and place of connection, device model, type of installation and who was connecting to whom.

That is, it is not so complicated. Is there any protocol template?

As in any such type of document, there should be data about who, what and how, i.e. date, place (address), equipment identification data, statement about the correctness of the connection and the possibility of power supply and first name with the name of the installer, PESEL, and the number of the qualification certificate .
Anyway, just read the warranty provisions somewhere in the kitchen store and take them as a model.

It even makes things a little easier. Is the stamp required for this or is it enough to enter the qualification number and surname?

The stamp is just a convenience.
Your document is the paper with the number. The stamp is not a document. You can even enter your number with a finger smeared in paint and this is your certification.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the need for a protocol pattern for connecting an induction hob. Users suggest that such a protocol is typically provided with the device. If absent, it can be created by including essential details such as the connection date, location, device model, installation type, and installer information (name, qualification certificate number). A follow-up inquiry addresses whether a stamp is necessary, with responses indicating that while a stamp is convenient, it is not mandatory as long as the qualification number is included. Key required information for the protocol includes the factory number of the device, installation address, and fitter's details.
