I want to buy some Hi-Fi towers / set up to PLN 1800. Please tell me what input / output should have so that I can connect my TV to it?

You have a digital optical output on the TV, choose a tower with this connector.
You will send audio digitally between devices over the fiber optic cable.
The best option when it comes to sound quality.

There is definitely an HDMI output in the new towers and this will take care of watching movies from the tower. On the other hand, the audio signal is probably only from the TV headphone output to the AUX input in the tower (this is not an optimal solution). You will definitely find a cable for such a connection.

Has a digital optical input, how do you think it will fit?

It will fit but Pioneer can "decode" only PCM ... check if Samsung can set "pcm" on optical output "permanently".
