Most likely a short circuit on the power and volume keys. I'm not saying that from flooding, but often even from wet hands.

I suspect damage to the power button, try to press the button a few times very quickly and see how it behaves, in my case just some kind of fern came over.

I could not figure it out because I just gave the guest what it does in private, I wrote him a text message - and this option is supposed to let me know (he was already doing a few things to me) and let me know how to speak.
