JBL Flip 4 Won't Load: Troubleshooting Charging Issues & 2 of 5 LEDs Lit After 8 Hours

Hey,
I bought a few days of jbl flip 4. After a few hours of playing music he discharged. I started to charge it and for about 3 hours 2 LEDs of 5 indicating the charge level are lit (the speaker is charging for 8 hours, but I am at home for 3 hours). Advertise him as soon as possible?

From what I see already the second speaker of this model, which after a few days stopped working. After so many hours it should charge a long time, the maximum charging time is about 3.5 hours, if the charge level indicator does not change, it is worth connecting it to another charger to check if the indicator changes. If they stay at the same level, you have to advertise. This series of speakers has a problem when the battery is discharged and it turns off automatically.
