    Hello
One of his colleagues has a small, though very annoying problem - he can't send a file, Word, Excel, PowerPoint directly from the program.

It's exactly about the option -> share -> send an attachment via email

I am getting a MAPI error that informs me of an error and the inability to send email in this way.

Maybe someone with such a problem has already met?

    Cause
This problem may occur if the MapiHttp feature is disabled on the Outlook client by using the following registry value:
    Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Exchange
    DWORD: MapiHttpDisabled
    Values: 1

    Solution
To resolve this issue, change the MapiHttpDisabled value to 0 (zero), or remove the MapiHttpDisabled DWORD value. This registry data is intended for testing purposes only.
    Close Outlook.
Open Registry Editor. To do this, use one of the following procedures, as appropriate for your version of Windows.
Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows 8: Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box. Type regedit.exe, and then press OK.
Windows 7: Click Start, type regedit.exe in the search box, and then press Enter.

Locate and select the following key in the registry.

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Exchange
Right-click MapiHttpDisabled, and then click Modify.
Change the Value data to 0, and then click OK.
    Close Registry Editor.
    Start Outlook.

Well, I don't know if you've checked it and if so, maybe reinstalling the office by itself will help or the issue of settings in the outlook itself. The question of whether you changed something in the settings before or was changed from the machine after the system upgrade
