Good morning. I have questions to professionals who are more involved in this field than I am - I have 4 wires for 4 cameras outside the house on the roof lining. all go to one place - now I would like to buy a camera recorder. I have a question? are there any recorders to install a sim card from an operator in them so as to have an online preview? It seems to me that it makes no sense to install the recorder without online preview or saving on the server because if they sneak in, they will steal the restrator and there will be no use of the cameras. I emphasize that I do not have any wifi etc. at home and I will not, and it would be most convenient for me to buy a sim card for monitoring from the operator. Do I just have to buy a separate recorder and router with the possibility of a sim card and connect them? please give me a hint on how best to rip it I don't want to spend a fortune on it, so ask for the best solution. best regards, Maciek

and can the router be connected to the recorder at all? if so, everyone with everyone or do they have to be dedicated to each other ?? I look at the recorder camera sets on the Allegro, such as PLN 800, but I wonder if they are worth anything and can I use sim cards in them? please help. Hi

It's best if you have internet at home from some local operator. Then you connect the LAN recorder from the router. You ask for an external IP address and you can view your property from anywhere in the world. You mention the PLN 800 set and that you don't want to spend a fortune. Ask yourself how much do you value your property?

Such ready-made sets for PLN 800, I would give up. Branded equipment is almost such an expense again. Counting the recorder PLN 300-400, cameras 150-250 each, hard drive 250, plugs + power supply + cans (original or "electric") 200-300. If you search well, you will find good prices. As for the Internet, it's a mobile one, but with a router that has a SIM slot and LAN outputs. Preview, e.g. via the cloud.

I mean, I have to buy a router that has a GSM module or somehow, so that it can work almost like a phone and connect via wifi with one of the operators? Then the router connects to the registrar? If, for example, I am in the play network, can I buy an additional sim card for this purpose? As for cameras and recorder, what do you recommend? E.g. dahau? And maybe you will recommend a router to me because there are thousands of them? And I can't have internet via cable, so I can only have a mobile one, thank you for the answers

Cameras, do you want domes or bullets? Do you have any lighting at night? More data, etc. As for the router, you could get it from the operator. The router itself, which supports the SIM card or router + "USB flash drive", costs several hundred zlotys. I think it will be cheaper to take everything from your network.

@macono get interested in VSaaS (Video Surveillance as a Service) service. In Polish: cloud-based monitoring.
In short: you don't need a recorder as the image is saved on a remote server. There is no risk of the recorder being stolen.
There are also Polish companies that provide such services. For example, adcloud.pl, but I don't know how it works, because I haven't tested it.
You must have LTE coverage and unlimited transfer.

But there is a risk of LTE disruption or otherwise cutting off the internet. Also, everything has its pros and cons.

@yszne correct. But who will take the "hedgehog" when breaking into a single-family house? Marginal cases.
@dawidedziu full consent. Therefore, if you plan well where to hide the recorder at the stage of cable laying, it can pay off. :-)

it's dark around the house at night. I looked at the Allegro such a set: http://allegro.pl/zecja-do-monitoringu-dahua-4-kamery-2mpx-full-hd-i6316385900.html what do you think about it? Unfortunately, I did not think about hiding the recorder somewhere hidden, therefore I would prefer the image to be saved somewhere on the net. as I wrote, I do not have a cable, only connecting to the Internet wirelessly is in the game. the recorder is not needed to record in this so-called chumurce? cramp, can anyone explain what it is and what is the best solution for me in this situation ??

and I want to buy domes, they look so aesthetically at home in my home, they stick out less, etc.
