    Hello.
    I decided to do the monitoring myself at home. The recorder is 8-channel DAHUA XVR5108HS. Everything works for me except one thing - remote viewing from a computer. (I have a radio with an external IP address).
    From the phone and tablet I have a preview through the GDMSS application (via P2P) and it works for me anytime, anywhere.
    As for the laptop, I have the SMART PSS application - the application has found the recorder in the network, downloaded its parameters and works ... works as long as I am connected to the home network.

    The problem appears if the computer is connected to another network, e.g. in my company or hotel.
    Then the preview from the computer no longer works, and actually I care about it most.

    So the question is how to do it (how to configure it?) So that the preview works also in other Internet networks (and not only in my home).
    Maybe some other application or something? (I reviewed the instructions from the SMART PSS application and found nothing too much).
    So how do you do it?

    Register Mode only have "IP / DOMAIN" and you can't change it

    Download a newer version of the program - if I have it, the cloud works on mobile devices, it means that it must work for you.

    The selection is made when adding a new device, not when modified. It is not possible to change IP / Domain to SN later
