    Hello,

I recently purchased a Samsung NZ64H57479K induction hob. The hob was connected by an electrician and if there is no pot / pan on it, everything works - you can turn the hob on and control individual fields.
However, it is enough to put the pot / pan on any of the fields and the hob turns off immediately. After a while, all the lamps on the hob light up for 2 seconds and then nothing happens.
Have any of you encountered a similar problem?

I would like to point out right away that the pots and pans are designed to work with induction hobs.

    Best regards.

As no one has answered yet - I would like to ask if you tried the simplest option, i.e. contact the samsung helpdesk?
For the sake of accuracy, you can specify a brand / model of pots - nowadays not always a pot described as "induction" will be an induction pot.

    Hello.
I contacted the Samsung HD and the service technician who came said that the voltage was too low on one of the phase cables.
After calling the electrician who connected the hob again, it turned out that the socket to which the hob was connected was to blame (too narrow openings for electric cables). After removing the socket and connecting the hob to the power cable through electrical cubes, everything started working.
    Best regards.
