I fight for the second day and nothing.
In Autocad, I wanted to remove the tab called START, which always appears after startup, and make sure that Autocad from the automatic machine turns on by default always in NEW DOCUMENT mode.
I found a quick mini description on the net and cut something.
They ordered to enter in the console: RIBBONBGCLOSE
The tab has disappeared but the MENU has also disappeared and now CAD looks like this:

Autocad 2016: Menu Disappeared after Removing Start Tab, Restore to Default (RibbonBgClose)

I have no idea how to restore it and I would like it to look like after installation:

It does not respond, that is, it does not recognize RIBBON and automatically switches to RIBBONLOAD and asks for a new value. Current value 1. Value 0 does not change anything.
And there are no RIBBONON, RIBBONBGOPEN etc. commands

In that case, all that remains is the option to reset the autocad to the initial settings.
Start -> Autodesk -> Reset settings to default.

    PS

It helped. I never looked in the bar and didn't even know the reset was there. I was looking for it in the program menu.
