The things that annoy me are: I would like CAD to always run without the START page in the NEW DRAWING (empty) mode and I would like to get rid of this window CANNOT LOAD ADDRESS ... The variable is responsible for the beginning tab STARTMODE , set it to 0 and restart.

STARTMODE: 0 causes CAD to turn on with blank card, gray desk. You have to manually select NEW DOCUMENT and only then the MENU and the rest appear. Is it possible to make the NEW EMPTY document start right away?

Ok, it worked. I had STARTUP-3, I did 0 and it is as it should be, i.e. like this: Cad starts right away with a new drawing and it's ok but you can still see the START tab next to it, you can see this:
