I have a problem with the Netflix application on smart TV Sharp.
I have had TV for half a year and everything worked without a problem. One day, the application started normally, but when you enable any movie, a message appears: "We currently have a problem reproducing this title. Please try again later or choose another title."

I have contacted Netflix on this matter, but this is not their problem. They point to a problem with the TV or network. I have implemented all of their tips: I have reset the network, I have permanently removed the TV from the power, I have even set the factory settings in it. Nothing, however.

I even wanted to make some updates on tv, but I can not do it from the settings.

Has anyone had a similar problem and managed to solve it?

First you need to diagnose whether the problem is definitely on the TV or maybe somewhere along the way (network). Do the first test - being on the same network as the TV (i.e., assume that it is home), try to fire the title on another device, e.g. on a computer.

    Thanks for the quick response.
I just forgot to add that on other devices (computer, smartphone) running in the same network, the Netflix application works without a problem. Therefore, it indicates that the problem lies in the sharp TV.

Did you check if this TV has internet access? Something else works on it, browser, YouTube etc?

All other applications like YT or browser work without a problem. Only the Netflix application reports an error.

    1. What exactly TV model?
    2. What is the current IP address of the TV?

I will connect to the topic. I need Netflix on Sharp TV. Is there any way to add it to the application? I searched all available applications but I can not find one.

I have the same problem as you, I have something to do, because I do not know whether to file complaints on TV, everywhere on the other devices (the same network) internet and other applications also, netflix after the inclusion of the movie - shows the message - temporarily we have a problem with the reproduction of this title, I tried other films and the same and only on this tv

Has someone managed to solve this problem? I have an identical one after a year and a half of use.
