Good morning, I need help. My parents bought a Sharp LC 32hg5242e today. Everything is fine except watching movies online. When watching a movie on CD, after a few minutes the message "out of memory press home to return to the main page" appears. Anyone know a way to fix this? I will be grateful.

Nothing helped because I don't know how to delete an application, which is only five. Netflix, YouTube, Browser, Weather and smart TV app. There is nothing in the user manual about removing unnecessary applications.

From what I found on the Internet:

    1 Launch SMART Hub.
2 Using the navigational keys on your remote, please highlight the Application which you want to delete.
3 Press the Tools button on the remote control, when the Application is highlighted. Move down to select Delete and then press Enter.

    1 - enable Smart Hub.
2 - use the directional keys on the TV remote control to mark the application to be removed.
3 - press the Tool button on the TV remote control when the application is selected. Move down to select Delete and then Enter.
