    Hello.

    1. I would like to buy a car that is unregistered from an auto-turn or something similar (from the one that the vehicle takes and unregisters).

Will I be able to buy such a vehicle or are there any legal conflicts? Is it enough to have acquaintances.

    2. Will I be able to sell it for scrap metal later without any legal conflicts?

I know, I could buy some registered, paid corse car for 8 cars, but if I would like to smash it, such a "wreck race"

I was looking for similar posts on the Internet and there are quite a lot of them, but they are outdated and I do not know if I can trust them completely ..

If I wrote this in the wrong thread, I would ask you to move the topic to the appropriate thread.

    Thank you

Do you want to ride on a public road or private area?
You can buy as scrap (by weight) and sell as scrap if you get bored or if you bring it to a non-repairable state.
Nothing to this (except the owner of the area) whether you drive in a private area by registered car, wreck, horse or unicorn :)
One important BUT remains, i.e. your liability insurance. Driving without insurance is a great risk. You can accidentally cripple or kill your best friend and his family will sue you for several million damages.

"Do you want to drive on a public road or private area?"

Private area, I have a lot of space behind the house.

So as scrap for weight, but from a private person or, for example, some scrapping company? Would they sell me a working car right away?

I take this into account, but I take it into account.

An individual does not have a car registered and if a scrapping company can resell a scrapped but functional car, you need to find out at source.

It is known that if you throw a few more money on the bank, they would sell it, only because of our beloved law can be the consequences. Even if you buy for parts: you can buy the engine and other bullshit, but you can not buy it, because VIN etc.

But I have seen many cars stand in junk yards and not in the yard of the scrapping company many times. So somehow it can be done

So I will have to drive and ask after these turns.
