[Solved] Corolla e11, 4EFE Engine Oil: Synthetic or Semi-Synthetic? Castrol SLX vs Original TOYOTA 5w30

I do not know what oil is recommended by the manufacturer (for Corollla e11 3d 1998, engine 1.33 kat also marked 1.4) - because after a few phone calls to stores and seeing several pages - there are several different "only right" answers - but they differ the manufacturer probably made it clear what oil is right. The service book has been posted somewhere.

The 4EFE engine, the last oil is a Castrol SLX, however, the illegible parameters are on the sticker. I don't know if the oil is supposed to be a synthetic or semi-synthetic, but apparently the engine was running on a synthetic. The original course 63000. Dry engine, no oil, very good holding.

I wanted to buy such oil from the allegro: Original TOYOTA 5w30 5L Fuel Economy TGMO (7044620881), but according to Intercars, Toyota does not produce oils, i.e. a fake?

Given that the car is 20 years old? It's the cheapest.

Castrol does not have its own refineries in Europe - it outsources oil with the 'Castrol' sticker to companies such as Orlen and Lotos. If you feel better overpaying for Lotus only for stickers then you can and Castrol ....
