    Hello.
I have a problem with my Toyota 2.0 D4D 116 HP engine. It had regenerated injectors, all 4 and replaced glow plugs. After repair, it burns hard, at first start, you hear a rattling noise for a few minutes and the engine jerks. After a few minutes, everything stabilizes and the next time it starts up, it's fine. What could it be? The mechanic said that this can happen after regeneration. Please help.

Have the washers on the returns been replaced when replacing the injectors? There may be a leak in the fuel system and the fuel is backing up, but the injectors may be badly regenerated, and what happened, that the injectors were regenerated?

At 160 km / H, it caused trc off errors, the check lighted up and the car did not respond to gas after restarting it, it was driving, but the errors were lit. The rubbers were replaced, the car works fine, only the first start is heavy and throws the engine for a few minutes, then everything stabilizes

    Added after 1 [minutes]:

And fuel consumption increased to somewhere 1l per 100km

I would connect the computer and check the corrective doses on the injectors, I bet on badly regenerated injectors, or if there is something wrong with at least one, it will cause uneven work for several minutes.

After replacing the injectors, were they coded in the ecu? They are about correction codes.

I clearly wrote not about coding but about correction doses on transfers, you have to look at the computer, but as the mechanics of the one who exchanged these injectors does not have a computer or does not know how to check it, you have to go to another one.
