Hello. Can anyone show on some drawing where oil is added in the retarder and is there possibly a scoop?

Hello. Above the filter is a cover with three 12mm wrench screws. This cover is an oil filler and a measuring cup in one.

Thanks to understand that this is the element marked in the circle on the photo.
