    Hello,
I wanted to replace the display, because on the old (orange JCE-EMF-C-ORA_CEMO) it is already very difficult to see.
I bought an original LCD, but from a younger year - yellow (JCE-EMF-C-AB_CEMO)
After installation, it turned out that I do not have an air conditioning function. The "CLIM" button on the radio has no reaction. It works normally on the old one.

Do these displays have a different pinout and can it be changed ?? do I have to look for an orange LCD ??

    best regards:
    Radek

Hello. I have a standard problem with the orange display ... now my question is whether it is possible to connect the display from c5 mkI colored (large) code EMFD-VDO-01. Will it not make some short circuit ??

The EMFD-VDO-01 screen has never been mounted on the P407. This screen is from RT2 system and not CAN compatible.

Thanks a lot. It is from rt2 ... it was left after the old car, and the cube and pins match, that's why I asked. Ok thanks again.

How to do it in PP2000? Do I need a code to code the display for the air conditioning to start showing?
    best regards
