GTA V Installation Issues: Facing Error 216 and Connection Loss with Update 1.63GB

Hello, I have a problem. I have recently installed GTA V. I have downloaded updates except 1 and here is the problem because:
This update started to install everything nicely but disconnected. There was an error 216 I gave again and the fun began. The update stands at 1.63GB and goes no further. As soon as it starts to download, it will download 5-10MB and pop up:
"Connection to download server lost" resets the MB that it downloaded, checks the content and downloads again. And so it can go 1MB / s can go 500KB / s it does not matter, I have probably tried everything. Please help.

Look for the file "GTAV_Setup_Tool.exe", I used to have a similar problem and this installation helped me.
