Hello, today I decided to scan the computer with the program malwarebytes and adwcleaner, after resetting the computer in my browser which I use (opera) a popup pops up for me: "Some settings are managed by the system administrator" - How to fix
However, when I want to change the proxy settings, this window pops up: "Some settings are managed by the system administrator" - How to fix
I am currently using mozilla firefox, in the settings I turned off the proxy and it works, if not for the fact that I can not get on steam, origina and many other programs I need, everything is okay
Scans from FRST are in the attachment, best regards

I am logged in with an administrator account and I still don't get it, even if I'm not a new account

Download https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/ - the appropriate version of 32 or 64 bit, depending on your system. Do not change any options, make a scan. The program will produce two text files (frst and addition, they will appear in the directory from which you start the program). Attach these both files here.

Create a fixlist.txt file in the same folder where you have FRST, the contents of this file:

    RemoveProxy:

Run FRST, press the repair button. After repairing and restarting your computer, check if something has changed.

Are you using a VPN application that is installed (ExpressVPN)? If not, you can remove it before performing the repair, VPN applications have the ability to change network connection settings, so incorrectly configured can cause problems.
