Panasonic TX-P50UT50E TV Relay and Transistor Issues with Motherboard Tnph0991 2a

Hello,
I have such a problem with my TV. After turning on, the relay turns on for about 2-3 seconds and turns off. During these 2-3 sec. in ZSUS the transistors are buzzing and the green LED is shining stronger.
After disconnecting one of the tapes from the motherboard (tnph0991 2a), the TV turns on normally, all the LEDs on the boards are on, you can also see light from the optical output, of course no picture.
I will present it in the pictures as much as I can,
I marked the tape with the red arrow.

I am asking for advice, is the motherboard to blame?

If you are confusing the facts on such a basic level and in the TV service department, what else could have happened there?

Forgot to add, the led blinks 8 times.

After the measurements, two transistors were lost and probably something else in tnpa5623
There are repair kits available, so apparently this is a common malfunction.
