Audi a4 b7 1.9 tdi - High fuel consumption injection pump diagnosis, please give me an opinion

Hello everyone. Probably there are many similar topics, but the specifics are always different. Namely, the car seems to work properly, sometimes there are barely perceptible jerks of the engine. The worst is combustion, the fact that driving on short distances but very gentle up to 2200 rpm up to 50km \ h. It is strange when the engine is warmed up, when you suddenly accelerate you can hear a howling (humming) from under the bonnet.
I attach files from reading channels 13 and 23. The car is a4 b7 1.9 tdi brb raid 188 thousand km. The car smokes a little too much, i.e. about 9.6 l / 100 city, in January the timing and synchro angle set to 0.00. EGR was also cleaned from the mass of shit that was there. Please assess the work of the injector pump based on the attached photos. From January BIPs rose and before they were within the norm + -30.
I am asking for some hints.
    greetings

I have a similar problem, I turned a lot of pages and usually the buzzing occurs when the catalyst is already well-stuffed, buzzing, buzzing. Logically, if the catalyst is stuck, and the corrections will also be higher, and by the way are not tragic in my view, especially since the range is from -2.8 to 2.8 but I have also heard opinions that from under the computer it may look fine and on the table it will turn out that they are not worth nothing anymore. You also have dpf already, it would be good to take a look at it.

Hello thanks for the answer, with this catalyst it can actually be something, although the car is often chased on the highway so it should not be stuck. And as for DPF, this model is without DPF factory although it is prepared for the installation of dpfa but the rating plate and papers shows that it is euro4 without dpf. I was cleaning liquiMoly diesel spelung injections and in fact the toy car responds more to the accelerator pedal and fewer sores under rapid acceleration, so I will see how it will now burn.

Also once I poured LM exactly what you now, while you have it in your tank, the fuel consumption will actually be smaller and the car will be livelier, but when you leave this tank everything will return to normal. It does not necessarily have to be clogged, maybe it crumbles a bit and blocks the free flow of exhaust gases, hence the humming, totally broken, it can even call. Corner. rather it is made for 150-200k km. If the executioner looks somewhat normal with you (for me, it goes at an angle straight from the turbo), look for some "Streumiens" and weld it in its place, and the turbo will be grateful anyway.

Liqui I did not pour into the tank only directly under the injection was also connected to the car about 40 minutes walked only on this preparation. I have the impression that this humming appeared after cleaning the egr from carbon deposits and, to be honest, it was heavily covered. Now after liqui if it smokes better, we will see what it will look like now but I measured the corrections before the preparation (just a moment before) and right after the preparation and rather nothing has changed, they look similar. Bips are the worst because they have: -20, -43, -49, -39 (measured on a cold engine) and corrections of 0.14; -0.24; -0.42; 0.45 also probably there is no tragedy and the pumps are still in good condition ...

negative bips are rather a problem with fuel supply, e.g. vacum pump / blurred pd but I wouldn't think about it. Personally, if you actually smoke so much I would check the least expensive things and if it doesn't work, pd would pull it on the table. I saw a replacement cat. (Ala strumienica) to BRB for 195 zlotys on alledrogo. The second thing is to think about pouring 2T oil before refueling in a 1: 250 ratio. I'm just starting the adventure with him and as far as before he was able to gently jerk the engine once in a while so it has not happened yet.
