    Hello! :)
I saw that there were at least a few questions about washing machines, but there is much less choice in top loading machines.
Looking at the amount of positive feedback from buyers (or not ;) ), Elektrolux washing machines are most often bought. Here on the forum, however, I also saw quite critical opinions.

It's really hard for me to choose because my washing machine died after 18 (!!!) years of use (it broke down 3 times after 15 years of washing, where the repair cost was PLN 100), and here the majority of opinions are that the currently manufactured washing machines start to fail after the warranty period, and repair costs - better not to say .... Besides, I do not know anything about it, and the matter is very urgent :)
    1. Is it better to buy a washing machine that is more expensive (e.g. PLN 1700) or cheaper (e.g. PLN 1200), since their durability is similar?
    2. What do you think about AEG washing machines? Where are they produced? How do they compare with, for example, Bosch, Elektrolux?
I wonder about this one: AEG L71260TLP

    What do you recommend ???
    My requirements:
    - min class A ++
    - capacity 6 kg (max 7)
    - spin 1200, preferably self-regulated (are there such washing machines?)
    - at least 1 program with short washing, or the possibility of shortening the cycle
    - the detergent container on the lid is a failure, but I can accept it if there is no way out
    - additional rinse and extra spin function or rinse with spin are welcome
    - a welcome function to reduce creasing while spinning
A washing machine does not have to have a wide selection of programs, but I do care about spinning well and drying clothes quickly.
Of course, durability and failure-free operation are a priority, but ... here we come back to the beginning of my post :)

I am looking forward to your opinions and advice
    Greetings!

    Hello.
Today there are no washing machines that will last 10 years, let alone 15 or more.
The only company on the market that still offers a "full" repair is Whirlpool, Polar for top-load washing machines.
Only this brand offers the replacement of the bearing along with the drum axes.
The mentioned by Mrs. Electrolux ensures the replacement of the bearing, but not the axles, which also very often fail, i.e. break or break.
So if the washing machine is to survive a bit longer than competing manufacturers, you don't have much choice.
When it comes to the failure of electronic controllers, each washing machine can break down, be it Electrolux or Polar, only the price of these washing machine elements varies depending on the manufacturer.
Summarizing all this, you must consider whether the washing machine should have a wide range of programs and options or whether it should allow repair if necessary.

Of course, thank you very much for clicking on "helped", but I have this knowledge thanks to Mr. Skryn, the administrator of the home appliances section forum.
It is thanks to his entry in one of the topics that I know that only Whirlpool still goes some way for the customer and allows this type of repair.
So I did not fully deserve points because I only informed you about this fact and I acquired the knowledge from the above mentioned sources.

Okay, what would you suggest of these two companies? (I wrote above regarding my requirements)
Honestly, with the Polar I did not find any washing machine 1200 revolutions, and in general few opinions and rather poor.
When it comes to Whirlpool, there is also "no madness" - unless I'm looking for it wrong: / There is WHIRLPOOL TDLR65230, WHIRLPOOL TDLR70230, WHIRLPOOL TDLR60212 (the latter has 6 opinions on Ceneo, and all are bad).

What about the Bosch WOT24255PL washing machine? From this com I was able to decode based on the info from the forum: produced in Slovakia, dismountable drum, bearings embedded in plastic (whatever that means :) )

Regarding AEG washing machines, as well as the company itself - I cannot find any reliable information. Is it true that AEG = Electrolux?

I just offered you the choice of a washing machine, the design of which allows for full repair in the event of damage to the bearing and axle.
Bosch does not have this option anymore and in the event of such a failure, you will have to look for another washing machine.
Privately, I have an Electrolux, but it is loaded from the front and it has a factory of 1000 rotations of the centrifuge and I do not complain about the spin efficiency, but this is my private opinion.
AEG, Electrolux and Zanussi are one concern that produces household appliances.

I think I bought a used Miele washing machine a month ago. Has everything you want + honeycomb drum. It cost PLN 1,500, but in perfect condition. Maybe she will live to old age with me.

@jalop and is there any guarantee for such a washing machine? I am not able to check the technical condition of the washing machine "second-hand". I would have to take the seller's word for it ....

I have an Electrolux washing machine. The so-called "top". Top loading. He will be five in June. So far failure-free. There was also Electrolux in the previous apartment. Also trouble-free. He stayed there. I don't know why people criticize these washing machines. I had no problem with them. Maybe I'm lucky?

@ manana1 The warranty is usually for several months, it depends on who you buy. In my 10 years, three washing machines have failed. Two of them are new, so if you like.

@music Or do you know if Elecrolux top loaders can only replace the bearings? And are they entirely manufactured in Poland or only assembled in Poland?

Regarding the Bosch washing machine I wrote about earlier, I have conflicting information. One from a user who bought such a washing machine a few years ago. He explained that Bosch was probably only the name, because the whole inside was made of Whirlpool parts, and the washing machine is made in Italy. As for the replacement of bearings, he did it himself, so in this respect the equipment is dismantable.
I also wrote to the manufacturer and received this reply: Top-loading washing machines from the WOT series ... do not have a removable drum and cannot replace the bearings. [Product Specialist (WMPI), BSH Hardware Gospodarstwa Domowego Sp. z o. o.] Apparently the company has recently changed its production policy? :O Is it possible?

I would like to know what the case with Electrolux and AEG washing machines looks like, or someone something ...?

    Edit:
I spoke to an Electrolux / AEG representative.
These washing machines do not differ in quality (only the name) because the "interiors" are the same. Everything is produced in Poland.
When it comes to replacing the bearings themselves, it is possible (according to assurances) in all top-loading washing machines.

So my decision will probably take final shape because Electroluxes are currently on promotion - the possibility of saving PLN 300-400 with the same functionality.

    Regards, manana
